    • You acknowledge that Crestwood Wheels Finance is providing you with a service which is the provision of the Website and providing assistance with financing options for commercial vehicles (Services). You agree that your use of the Services is subject to these Terms.
    • You agree that your use of the Services is granted pursuant to a non-exclusive licence the terms of which Crestwood Wheels Finance may change from time to time without prior notice to you and in accordance with the law by publishing them at the Website.
    • By accessing and using the Services or otherwise dealing with Crestwood Wheels Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy located at www.crestwoodwheelsfinance.com.au.
  2. Eligibility
    • By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that the information you submit to our Website is complete and accurate at the date of submission.

      • use, or attempt to use, the Website in a manner that may interfere with, disrupt or create undue burden on the Website or the servers or networks that host the Website;

    • To access our Services, you may use our instant conditional approval submission form on our Website to request financing options for commercial vehicles (Enquiry).
    • By lodging an Enquiry, you acknowledge and agree that:
      • an Enquiry does not constitute an application for finance or a formal loan application;
      • any conditional approval or assessment is based on an assessment of available information and Crestwood Wheels Finance’s expertise and experience and is reliant on the accuracy of the information you provide us;
      • any conditional approval or assessment indicated or delivered by an Enquiry is conditional and subject to further verification, due diligence, and final approval by a lender; and
      • an Enquiry does not guarantee that a loan will be granted, nor does it provide financial, accounting or legal advice.
    • After submitting an Enquiry, a member of the Crestwood Wheels Finance team may call you on the number provided in the Enquiry to discuss your Enquiry further and to determine the appropriate next steps (Initial Call).
    • If you wish to proceed with a formal loan application following the Initial Call, we will request that you sign a privacy disclosure statement (Privacy Disclosure Statement), consenting to Crestwood Wheels Finance or our affiliates providing your contact details to lenders (Lender). If you do not sign the Privacy Disclosure Statement, we will not progress your application and we will not disclose your personal information to a Lender.
    • Lenders may pay us a commission for any referral we make to them. This commission is paid by the Lender and is at no cost to you.
  2. Information on our Website
    • While we will use our best endeavours to ensure the Website is as up-to-date and accurate as possible, you acknowledge and agree that from time to time, you may encounter the following issues:
